London - National Finals

16th October 2004

The long wait before the performance, nice leg Paul.

Come on David, you can sit lopsided after we have played, but before.....

The new boys go through the lets laugh at the registration photograph ritual.

Gottle of Geer!

No reflection on the performance, but shortly after this picture was taken, Tim (BBb

Bass) showed what he thought of the cornets!

And just recently some more pictures of the Band in London for the National weekend have emerged - courtesy of Kathy Newiss.

In no particular order, Mother, Father and Daughter Kennedy.

Only five people (Kathy, Alison, Joanna, Paul & Jez) appear to need the shelter - perhaps the sun does shine on the righteous!

Steve pinches a drop out of Emma's glass.

Is that a poor rabbit impression, or is Tony about to get a good slap?

Novel use of a crutch, only problem was if Iain tried to move, he fell over and spilt the beer.

Jo waits patiently for the big hair brigade to catch up and go to the bar.

The problem started when Iain needed to visit the toilet........

The Trombone section, Simon, Jez and Mark. Jez tries to convince us that smoking doesn't stunt your growth.

Oh you boys, stand up straight. Any guesses what Simon is doing in the background?

It's either a sit down Bruce Forsyth impression, or someone has stolen the drum kit.

If only we could be all as calm as this, but there again..... all hell broke loose two minutes later when Graham realised he'd been locked in the baggage cupboard!
